To integrate a social justice lens across all IPASA's programmatic and member related activities and services, moving beyond siloed initiatives toward an interconnected approach that recognises how social justice issues intersect across various funding sectors.

To strengthen collaboration, coordination, and resource mobilisation promotion among social justice donors in South Africa in ways that enhance the sustainability and effectiveness of the social justice sector.

To enable staff to have better contact with targeted community organisations at the heart of ILRIG’s programmes, allow them to use the camera on the phones to document ILRIG events and undertake research (as staff are currently using their personal cell phones), it will enable more productive online staff meetings between the Cape Town and Johannesburg staff, it will lead to ILRIG’s accounting system being more efficient, enable an improved filing system, and it will lead to an improved ILRIG workspace

To increase public awareness of and support for the social justice sector through a modern, user-friendly and interactive CALS website that (i) narrates the history of the sector and its successes (ii) counters the misinformation about the sector, (iii) provides publicly accessible research and information, and (iv) advances a vision for just and transformed social order, while not shying away from the challenges faced by South Africa and the continent.

To develop and strengthen the Women's Legal Centre Trust's organizational governance, culture and wellness policies and procedures so as improve overall organizational resilience (responsiveness) of its Board, Management and staff.

To organize, catalogue, store and preserve WWMP’s extensive collection of audio-visual material of nearly 30 years for future access and use.
