The overall goal of this grant is for improved realization of children’s rights by ensuring prioritization of children in National and Provincial budgets demonstrated by increased allocations and spending on policies, programmes and plans directed at improving children’s lives and to hold government accountable in a manner that minimizes the risk for regression on the protection of and provision for children as this will have dire consequences for the future of the country
